Q.Could you provide a brief overview of your company & its journey within the transformer industry?

• We, are pioneers of Transformer manufacturing in India, established since 1986 near Ahmedabad.

• We started with manufacturing of ONAN Distribution Transformers & further become one of leaders (out of very few) to introduced Dry type Technology in India around 1991.

• This technology is being spread across the India & globe over last +35 years & counting.

• Further, we have added Power Transformers in our portfolio to cater high capacity demands from heavy industries for “one window & world class solutions”

• Year 2000 onwards, as urbanization & commercial development started taking a wide growth in India, we started manufacturing Compact (Package) Substations which is ready to be installed solution. We are regularly exporting these CSS to various countries in Africa, Southeast Asia, etc.

• In the due course, we have been continuously supporting to the increasing & customized demands from various sectors of India i.e. Industries, Infrastructure, Hydro, Thermal & Atomic Generations Power plants, Railways, Airports, Metro, Ports, Renewable Energy, Commercials, High rise Buildings, Malls, Multiplexes, Hotels, Institutes, DATA Centres, IT Parks & many more…

Q.Will you elaborate different types of Transformers that your company manufacturers, along with their primary applications in various industries?

We manufacturer different types of Transformers as per their constructional difference & they are being segmentized based on their various constructional features as per below chart

 • Application wise, as stated above, we are supplying the transformers to various Power Generation application like Hydro, Renewable Wind & Solar, Thermal, Atomic Power plants

• For Industries, its commonly adopted throughout the segment i.e. Automobile, Process, Textile, Pharmaceuticals, Food processing, packing, cold storage, Logistics & many more…

Q.How do your Transformers enhance the efficiency & sustainability of power distribution networks?

• Transformer designs & the grade of raw material, especially prime grade CRGO magnetic steel material & purity of winding material along with overall manufacturing process (and its infrastructure) decides the efficiency of the product at actual. Our facility has PLC based strip winding & FOIL winding machines within Dust Free Air Controlled area with all modern equipments which ensures that designed product delivers the define efficiency along with best-in-class insulation strength & enhanced short circuit withstand capacity

• Hence an energy efficient Transformer helps to optimize the grid losses to enhance power sustainability.

For the same, we do offer BIS range Distribution Transformers in compliance with IS 1180 losses & highest efficiency.For dry type Transformers, offers in line with customized requirements & specifications.

Q.How do you currently marketing your Transformers & which strategies and Channels have proven the most effective in reaching potential customers?

Our Brand is trusted by our esteemed customers over last 4 decades for delivering the superior Technology, World class products & solutions. Moving ahead, we have identified our strategic segments to market our products & Solutions through “Right time, at Right place, with Right person” approach, as “product & people strength” is the best efficient way to approach customers & cater increasing market demand. 

Q.How has your company grown & evolved in recent years, and what key factors or strategies have driven this segment.

Our growth has mainly aligned to trust of last 35 years, as our strategy to approach the market is to offer technically sound product with competitive approach. As this is the peak demand time from Power Industry & we have planned our 3 years business plan to capitalize our strength of Engineering, manufacturing & supply in Renewable Wind & Solar Industry to cater increasing demand & offer sustainable solutions with quality & trust.

Q.Could you give us some insights into any upcoming projects, initiatives or strategic plans your company is working on or planning to launch in the near future.?

This is the very important question for “LAUNCH”, as we will be launching following products in upcoming months “AMES make 3.6 MVA 33/0.950 KV AL & CU wound WTG Transformers” “AMES make 6.6 MVA & 8.8 MVA 33/0.800 KV AL wound 3 winding IDT Transformers” and an enhanced high capacity Generator Transformer which we will reveal soon…
