Q.What have been the fundamental principles of your company thus far that have aided in its advancement?

Fundamental principal of our company are commitment to quality and Reliable Products which are unique in the market. We do a very careful selection of products being marketed by us so as to have the customer highest level of satisfaction in terms of reliability and committed to provide best after sales support in house. 

Q. Over the years, what have been your major accomplishments of your company?

With so many companies supplying Testing & measuring Equipment in Indian market, we feel great to have a special place in customer mind when it comes of testing. More than 60% Transformers produced in India are being Testing with products supplied by us, more than 90% of the Batteries manufactured in India is being testing with Equipments supplied by us. Most of the Testing/ Calibration Labs are using our products in their lab. 

Q. With a wealth of experience in the power sector and robust customer relationships and support from various overseas entities, what are the primary stumbles that your company has overcome during these years?

First of all I would like to thanks all our customer’s trust and faith in our products. Major challenge for these foreign equipment were after sales service over the years, however Nextgen is always committed 24*7*365 since it initial days to gain the trust of its customer . Major % of our business is world of mouth publicity for quality of equipment and highest level of service support. 

Q. Would you tell us about the products your company is offering to your clients?

NEXT GEN is operating in India since more than decade and established as major player in T & M Solution, offering complete range of product in T& M business. As we are mainly representing European companies in India and selection of new companies and products in our portfolio is done with utmost care. Our focus is always on Quality, reliability, accuracy of result and repeatability. We are providing the feedback to our manufactured on real time basis to develop the products best suited to requirement of market and customer, Our principal’s companies providing very quick response to support our valued customers. We have added innovative products in our portfolio, Raytech new Transformer Analyzer will surely going to be new buzz in the market due to its Portability, accuracy of result and reliability, Also RAYTECH C & tan Delta for Transformers testing is already established in Indian market for unique design, portability and reliability and accuracy of test result. We have also added a new INSULATION TEST TAN DELTA for SOLID INSULANTS from EPRO Gallspach GmbH, Austria. Measurement of Tan Delta of Solid insulants under controlled temperature and pressure is unique feature of our products. EPRO’s high accurate CT & PT is also getting its space in Indian power sector due to its unmatched accuracy. There is growing requirement of PD Testing in the industry and requirement of high quality HV & LV Filters for accurate measurement and with ISOFARAD Innovative T - Filters & PI- Filters, we have got a great success in Indian market. ETL from Germany has also got a very good acceptance in the Indian market and with growing focus on EV’s where a lot of battery is going to be used, ETL HV Tester has got a very good acceptance in the companies like EXIDE, AMARA Raja etc. We have been adding different products complementing our product portfolio to provide one stop solution to our customers. We are ISO 9001-2015 certified company and our focus is not only sales but also after sales service to the product for better customer experience. We have separate after sales service for vertical better after sales service and timely solution to the customer for better client experience.

Q. What are the goals and challenges that your company is anticipated to encounter in the forthcoming years?

NEXT GEN is having wide presence not only Indian Territory in T&M business but also in neighboring counties i.e. Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh and all major counties of Gulf region for sales and services. Post COVID -19 we are facing major challenge in high delivery TAT due to constraint in supply chain also as we are expanding our territory posting challenges in the service delivery. However, to overcome these challenges, Promoter of Next Gen has acquire company in UAE and opened office in UAE to reduce delivery TAT and maintain the service standard. This will not help to accelerate our business growth by expanding in new territory but also service support our customers in the MENA region locally. 

Q. What will be the strengths and weaknesses of the company that will enhance its strength?

The biggest strength of the NEXT GEN is its customers, who have immense trust in our products due to its accuracy, reliability and support provided by us. As everyone knows that we only deal in European product and support from our principal’s are unmatchable making it easier for us to provide quickest and best support to our principal’s. The only weakness we find is the cost as being European products and falling rupee value, we find it sometime difficult to provide a cost-effective solution to our customers but now even our customers know it well that high quality has its own cost so they support us as well. Also, on product quality and its support, we feel much better placed w.r.t. our competitor as we believe that fastest service and high-quality products must be supplied to our industry as its under tremendous pressure to product products in large nos. 

Q. What prospective objectives and vision would your company have for the near future?

NEXT GEN is having wide presence not only Indian Territory in T&M business but also in neighbouring counties i.e. Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh and UAE for sales and services. Our new company in UAE is now providing fastest support to our customers in middle east which is helping us to accelerate our business growth and to support our customers in the MENA region locally, our service engineers are available 24*7*365 for any service need of our customer. We are continuously expanding the territory and product portfolio keeping in mind the requirement of the customers and providing best support services of our products; however, our focus core is always on core business i.e. Testing & Measuring Solutions. We are also investing heavily in putting up a NABL accredited Lab for High Voltage& Low Voltage product ranging from Calibration of Impulse Generator, AC & DC High Voltage Test Set, CT’s, PT’s, Power Analyser, Ratio, Resistance, C& TAN Delta etc and expect to provide a very close knit solution to our customers with all latest and state of art Testing as well as Calibration Equipments and facilities.
