Lockdown constraints amid second wave of Covid-19 a downside risk for electricity demand: ICRA

Servotech Power Systems on Monday said it has received an additional order to set up nine EV charging stations in Maharashtra, taking the total number of EV charging stations set up by the company to 29. The company said in a statement that it has secured additional orders from the Nashik Municipal Corporation (NMC).
"The company had previously received an order from NMC for the supply, installation, and construction of 20 EV charging stations throughout the corporation area," it added.
Sarika Bhatia, Director, Servotech Power Systems, stated that the order will address the increasing demand for accessible electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure and provide consumers with a clean energy solution for both inter-city and inter-state travel. It is noteworthy that Servotech Power Systems is a publicly traded company that specialises in technology-driven electric vehicle charging and solar solutions.
