Viviana Power Tech Limited has secured a new turnkey contract worth ₹41.50 crore from Dakshin Gujarat Vij Company Limited (DGVCL), strengthening its presence in the power distribution infrastructure segment.
The contract, valued at ₹41,50,36,976 inclusive of taxes, has been awarded by DGVCL for the execution of underground power distribution works across various divisions under its jurisdiction.
Under the scope of the project, Viviana Power Tech will undertake the supply, laying, installation, testing and commissioning of 11 kV underground cables. The company will also carry out the erection and dismantling of TCDP structures and poles as part of overhead-to-underground conversion projects and other related schemes implemented by DGVCL.
The project is scheduled to be completed within 15 months from the date of the Letter of Award (LoA).
The order marks another significant addition to Viviana Power Tech’s project portfolio and reflects the continued trust of DGVCL in the company’s capabilities for executing power transmission and distribution infrastructure projects. The contract is expected to support the modernization of the power distribution network through the expansion of underground cable infrastructure, aimed at improving system reliability and operational efficiency.
