Winsol Engineers Limited has received a Purchase & Service Order worth approximately ₹49.80 crore (exclusive of GST) from KPIG Energia Private Limited for the supply of materials and execution of Erection, Testing and Commissioning (ETC) works for a 400 kV Extra High Voltage (EHV) transmission line project in Gujarat.
The company disclosed that the order, dated May 15, 2026, was formally finalized and communicated through email on June 11, 2026. The project involves the supply of materials along with the execution of ETC works for a 400 kV EHV Single Circuit/Multi Circuit Transmission Line.
According to the company, the contract is valued at approximately ₹49,79,69,097 and represents a significant addition to its existing order book. Winsol Engineers stated that the award reflects continued customer confidence in the company’s technical capabilities and project execution expertise within the power transmission sector.
The order has been awarded by KPIG Energia Private Limited, a domestic entity. Payment under the contract will be linked to predefined project milestones, including material supply, execution progress, commissioning activities, and final project handover, as specified in the Purchase & Service Order.
The company noted that the project will be executed within the timeline stipulated in the Letter of Award (LOA) and in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the Purchase & Service Order.
Winsol Engineers further confirmed that neither its promoters nor promoter group entities have any interest in the awarding company. The contract does not constitute a related-party transaction.
