Vidya Wires Limited has reported robust consolidated sales performance for the fourth quarter (Q4FY26) and the full financial year FY26, driven by operational expansion and increased market demand.
The company recorded Q4FY26 sales of ₹5,979.29 million, compared to ₹3,796.20 million in Q4FY25, reflecting a sharp year-on-year (YoY) growth of 57.5%. For the full year FY26, sales stood at ₹18,347.43 million, up from ₹14,742.87 million in FY25, marking a 24.4% YoY increase.
A key highlight of the quarter was the commencement of commercial production at its wholly owned subsidiary, ALCU Industries Private Limited, representing a significant operational milestone expected to support future growth momentum.
The company noted that the reported figures for Q4FY26 and FY26 are provisional and subject to review by its statutory auditors.
