SJVN’s 412 MW Rampur Hydro Power Station has surpassed its previous highest-ever generation, producing 2,098.03 million units, exceeding the record set during FY 2019–20.

Sh. Bhupender Gupta, Chairman & Managing Director, SJVN, informed that on March 26, 2026, 412 MW Rampur Hydro Power Station at Himachal Pradesh has surpassed its Highest-Ever Generation of 2098.03 million units, previously recorded during FY 2019–20.

Sh. Ajay Kumar Sharma, Director (Personnel), SJVN, witnessed the surpassing of the previous generation record during his visit to the Power House of Rampur HPS. During his visit, Sh. Sharma interacted with the team of OEM and other team members, appreciating their dedication and commitment. He congratulated everyone and stated that such milestones are a result of consistent hard work and dedication to excellence. He exhorted Project employees to continue striving for even greater achievements in the future.

Sh. Vikas Marwah, Head of Project, Rampur HPS, dedicated this achievement to the visionary leadership & unwavering support of the SJVN Management, teamwork, and the relentless efforts of all employees. 

On the occasion of this achievement, Sh. Rajeev Kapoor, HOP, NJHPS, and Sh. Vivek Sharma, HOP, LHEP-1, along with senior officials, were also present.

Since its commissioning, Rampur HPS has consistently demonstrated exceptional performance, setting multiple benchmarks in power generation. The Power Station has already achieved its Design Energy target of 1,878 million units for FY 2025-26 on December 8, 2025, marking it fastest achievement since commissioning
