Advait Energy Transitions Limited has announced that its material subsidiary, Advait Greenergy Private Limited, has inaugurated Phase I of its 30 MW Alkaline Electrolyser Assembly Facility on March 13, 2026, marking a significant step toward building a large-scale green hydrogen manufacturing ecosystem in India.

The facility was inaugurated by Shalin Sheth, Promoter and Managing Director of Advait Energy Transitions Limited, in the presence of Shri Ashwini Kumar, IAS, Principal Secretary, Energy & Petrochemicals Department, who attended the ceremony as Guest of Honour.

According to the company, the commissioning of the Phase I 30 MW alkaline electrolyser assembly facility is part of a long-term plan to establish a 300 MW integrated manufacturing capacity for industrial-grade hydrogen production. The company stated that the development aligns with India’s National Green Hydrogen Mission and the COP26 Panchamrit commitments aimed at accelerating clean energy transition.

The company further informed that the current phase will serve as the foundation for expansion to a 100 MW facility under Phase II, which will ultimately scale to a fully automated 300 MW complex under Phase III. The project is expected to strengthen domestic manufacturing capability in electrolyser technology and support the growth of the green hydrogen sector.

Advait Energy Transitions Limited stated that the disclosure has been made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the information has also been made available on the company’s official website.
