Bihar State Power Holding Company Limited (BSPHCL) has reaffirmed its commitment to addressing electricity-related grievances promptly, assuring both industrial and general consumers that their complaints will be resolved within defined timelines. The assurance came during an open-house meeting conducted at Vidyut Bhawan, where senior officials interacted directly with stakeholders to understand challenges on the ground.

During the session, high-tension and low-tension industrial consumers, investors, and commercial users raised concerns ranging from inconsistent power supply and billing discrepancies to delays in new connections and infrastructure upgrades. Officials from BSPHCL instructed the respective departments to act immediately and ensure that all reported issues are addressed without delay.

The open-house format is part of BSPHCL’s wider move to improve transparency and responsiveness in Bihar’s power distribution network. Representatives from both North Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited (NBPDCL) and South Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited (SBPDCL) were also present, highlighting a coordinated push to improve service delivery across the state.
